about
Hi! I’m Claire
My name is Claire Landsberry and I’m a psychologist at Havenbrook Psychology. I provide individual therapy and assessment for adults across a range of presentations. In our sessions, I support people to better understand their experiences, reconnect with a sense of safety, and create meaningful, sustainable change.
I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, including CBT and ACT, and tailor our work to what best fits you. My aim is to create a space that feels collaborative, respectful, and grounded, where your experiences are taken seriously and your strengths are recognised.
I have a particular interest in adult neurodiversity, with experience in ADHD and autism assessment across the lifespan. Developing my approach over the years to deliver thorough, comprehensive reports written for individuals, families, and healthcare teams.
The most important expertise in the room is yours. Each person brings their own story, and it’s a privilege to walk alongside people as they make sense of their experiences and find a path that feels right for them.
Credentials
I’m a Registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a member of the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc (AAPI).
