Claire Landsberry
General Psychologist
She/Her
Claire Landsberry is a warm and thoughtful psychologist who brings genuine curiosity, clinical depth and a deeply personal approach to her work. She works collaboratively, taking the time to understand the whole person; their experiences, relationships, identity, strengths and the way their individual mind works.
She began her career working with families who had lived through trauma and abuse. From this work came an interest in the ways people survive difficult things. The mind and body learn to protect us, often long before we understand what they are doing. These protections can remain with us, shaping how we feel, how we relate to others and how we meet the world each day.
Claire sees that this can apply to all people, including neurodivergent people and those with chronic mental health concerns. We each experience the world from the inside, and that inner life shapes how we communicate, cope and find our place among others. Understanding your inner world more clearly can make room for sustained growth. By helping people live with more choice and less struggle and not by asking them to become someone else.
Claire’s aim is not to offer a one-size-fits-all solution, but a considered therapeutic experience built on trust. She walks alongside you as you make sense of your experiences, reconnect with what matters and create change that feels purposeful and sustainable.
When she’s not being a Psychologist, she’s probably at a Pub Trivia Night, walking her dog, Crumpet*, or rewatching the same five comfort shows on repeat.
